About US

The philosophy of The Hearing Room is that that the creative spirit is the best of humanity, it exists in everyone and there is never enough of it around. With this philosophy in mind, The Hearing Room seeks to promote artistic self expression by offering a physical space for performance and collaboration at all stages and manifestations of the creative process.

The Hearing Room opened its doors in June of 2016 with the aim of forming a creative cooperative. Since that time, we have gotten closer to this goal -but we are far from sustainability. Get involved and together we can make The Hearing Room a place where art is truly always happening.

Most of our events are a $5-$10 suggested donation. We have tea, soda, popcorn and other snacks/beverages available. You may bring your own food/beverages. There is no alcohol allowed in the Hearing Room. Sorry!

We would eventually like to be open regular hours, but for now we are open when events are happening. This is typically 7-10 PM and day time hours on select Saturdays and Sundays
