Missy Ducharme and Jeff Scornavacca/Dave Warren

Missy Ducharme and Jeff Scornavacca are an acoustic duo. They have a full set of originals and cover the best of modern county music by artists such as Martina McBride, Eva Cassidy, Linda Eder, Miranda Lambert, Patty Griffin and many more.

They also are available as a full band as well (Bitter Creek). Please check out the Video section of their page for performance videos from our recent fundraiser for Musicians On Call and Boston Children's Hospital.

Missy & Jeff are involved in a number of charity causes including Musicians On Call, Boston Children's Hospital, VA Boston Healthcare System, and performing for the elderly.

This show, they will be raising funds for Musicians On Call.

From the Musicians On Call website, here is their mission:
"Musicians On Call brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. By delivering live, in-room performances to patients undergoing treatment or unable to leave their beds, we add a dose of joy to life in a healthcare facility. Since 1999, Musicians On Call volunteer musicians have performed for half a million patients and their families.”

Missy and I have gone from hospital room to hospital room and have played for more than 50 people in the 2 visits we’ve made to the Boston VA Hospital this year. I can tell you from the smiles and the stories, that we’ve made a difference in their lives.

Musicians On Call honored our efforts in this very nice post:

Dave Warren is an engaging and thoughtful performer with extensive experience in the greater Boston and Lowell areas. His original music ranges from deeply emotional to quirky/tongue-in-cheek with a touch of political satire just below the surface. Always entertaining, he sometimes includes familiar cover songs and welcomes his audience to join in the musical celebration.
